For routine investigations, most cases can begin within a week or two after the client reviews, accepts, and executes the Retainer Agreement / Terms & Conditions and posts any required Retainer Fee. This is dependent upon our current caseload.
Cases involving more urgent matters can be prioritized and begin same-day or within 24 hours, depending on jurisdiction and scope.
