FEES FOR SERVICES
During our FREE initial consultation, we will discuss and agree upon payment arrangements, such as any required retainer fee to be posted, invoicing, and payment methods. Options depend on the type of assistance you need and case/project complexity.

Notice of Merchant Card Surcharge
For the convenience of our clients, we offer the option for secure payments with credit card and PayPal. Unfortunately, we find it necessary to charge a 3.00% surcharge on these payment methods in order to partially cover transaction fees we incur for providing this service. The surcharge will be added to your invoice. After our consultation with the client, we will forward a link to an invoice to facilitate these payment methods.
If you prefer not to pay the additional surcharge, payments with cash, personal/business check, certified check, money order, debit card, or Venmo are acceptable payment methods without the addition of a surcharge.

Highest priority – Upon receipt of documents & includes up to 3 attempts.
Difficult Serve
DELAWARE & PENNSYLVANIA - $400 & Up
Subject is actively evading service and/or multiple attempts at service have been unsuccessful. May include more extensive records research, interviews, or surveillance, as needed.
NOTE: Multiple separate papers served simultaneously at the same location – Full charge for first paper; ½ that full charge for each additional separate paper served.
ON TARGET INVESTIGATION & CONSULTING, LLC is approved as a Special Process Server for the Delaware Justice of the Peace Court (civil).
ON TARGET INVESTIGATION & CONSULTING, LLC is approved as a Special Process Server for the Delaware Family Court.
ON TARGET INVESTIGATION & CONSULTING, LLC is approved as a Special Process Server for the Delaware Court of Chancery.
NOTE:
Delaware court-issued process may be served by us directly in Pennsylvania & Maryland, when necessary (known as cross-border service).
Due to additional distance/time required in such cases, the following fee adjustments are necessary in these cases:
Eastern Shore - MD / Southeastern PA (area bordered by Chambersburg-Lewistown-Easton-Chester - excluding Philadelphia): Double the regular process service fee.
Western MD (west of Chesapeake Bay) / Philadelphia, PA: Triple the regular process service fee.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: In these cases, we highly recommend the client also retains the advice of legal counsel to ensure legal compliance with each jurisdiction’s requirements for accomplishing your objectives. There may be additional legal processes to attain your goal.
